Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Mark has been a resident of Sydney, Australia for over 20 years. Formally employed by Sage ACCPAC, Mark held the positions of Senior Consultant and Professional Services Manager, responsible for the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific region. As part of his role, Mark was responsible for providing support and training to the Sage ACCPAC Business Partners.

Expanding into website design, Mark is able to put his extensive business process experience to good use and assist clients in putting together a solid web platform.

His experience as a Chartered Accountant means that he is ideally suited to provide support not only for the products he is certified in, but also to assist with business process change required by his clients.
